These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the appointment-setting services provided by OpNest, a service of Op Operations Ltd. By contacting OpNest or scheduling a consultation, you agree to these terms.
Our services
OpNest provides appointment-setting services. We schedule consultations and appointments on behalf of the businesses and professionals we work with, and we send appointment confirmations and reminders to the people being booked. When OpNest contacts you by phone or text, we do so on behalf of a company or professional with which OpNest is contracted. OpNest arranges the appointment; the consultation or service itself is conducted by the professional or business you are booked with. Our scheduling services are not limited to any single industry. OpNest is not a government agency and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Affairs Canada, or any other government agency or entity of any country.
Relationship between you and the professional
OpNest is not a party to any agreement between you and the business or professional you are booked with. Your consultation, and any product or service you obtain as a result of it, is solely between you and that business or professional. An appointment arranged by OpNest does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of any business, professional, product, or service.
No guarantee of eligibility or outcome
OpNest sets appointments; we do not conduct the consultations or provide the underlying products or services. Any outcome of an appointment — including eligibility for, approval of, or receipt of any benefit, program, product, or service discussed — is determined solely by the professional, provider, or administering agency involved. OpNest makes no guarantee of any particular result, amount, or timeline, in any industry.
Not professional advice
Information provided by OpNest is general in nature and is not legal, tax, medical, or individualized financial advice. OpNest's role is to set appointments with the relevant professionals; any advice belongs to the professional conducting your consultation. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on information discussed in a consultation.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when scheduling, to use our services only for lawful purposes, and to keep any appointment you schedule or notify us if you cannot.
Appointments and communications
Appointment setting is provided at no cost to the client being booked, and appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled by either party. If you consent during your call, OpNest will send appointment confirmations and reminders by text message; you may reply STOP at any time to stop those messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, layout, and the OpNest name, is the property of Op Operations Ltd. and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpNest will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our appointment-setting services. Our services and this website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Changes to these terms
OpNest may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its effective date, is the version that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these terms will be brought in the courts located in Barrie, Ontario, Canada. When contacting individuals in the United States, OpNest complies with applicable United States federal and state laws governing telephone and text-message communications, and nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your place of residence.
